Stop&Light ("l'app") è un esposimetro fotografico per iPhone. Questa informativa spiega quali dati usa l'app, dove vengono conservati e quali sono i tuoi diritti.
In breve: lo sviluppatore di Stop&Light non raccoglie, non riceve e non conserva dati personali. L'app non ha account, server propri, analisi statistiche, pubblicità né strumenti di tracciamento. I dati che crei con l'app restano sul tuo dispositivo e, se lo usi, nel tuo iCloud personale.

Lo sviluppatore non ha accesso ai dati descritti in questa informativa: sono conservati solo sui tuoi dispositivi e nel tuo account iCloud, gestito da Apple.
2. Dati usati dall'app
Fotocamera. Serve a misurare la luce della scena. Le immagini vengono elaborate sul dispositivo in tempo reale e non vengono inviate altrove. Quando salvi una lettura viene conservata una foto ridotta della scena, per mostrarla nello storico e nelle schede che scegli di condividere.
Posizione (facoltativa). Se la consenti, a ogni lettura salvata vengono associati le coordinate, la direzione in cui punta la fotocamera e il nome del luogo. Per il nome del luogo l'app interroga i servizi di geolocalizzazione di Apple (reverse geocoding). Puoi negare o revocare il permesso in qualsiasi momento dalle Impostazioni di iOS: l'app continua a funzionare.
Letture salvate. Valori di esposizione, nome della lettura, data, modalità di lettura, obiettivo simulato, compensazione ed eventualmente posizione, direzione e foto.
Periodo di prova. La data di inizio della prova gratuita di 48 ore.
Notifiche. Se le consenti, l'app programma sul dispositivo un promemoria locale prima della fine della prova. Non vengono usate notifiche per scopi pubblicitari.
3. Dove sono conservati i dati
Sul tuo dispositivo.
Nel tuo iCloud, se hai iCloud attivo. Le letture (e, se lo scegli, le foto) si sincronizzano tra i tuoi dispositivi tramite il database privato CloudKit del tuo Apple ID. Solo tu puoi accedervi: lo sviluppatore non può leggerli. Dalle Impostazioni dell'app puoi smettere di sincronizzare le foto o rimuoverle da iCloud.
Nel Portachiavi iCloud: la data di inizio della prova, perché la prova non riparta a ogni installazione.
Nel widget: un riepilogo dell'ultima lettura (valori e contesto) viene condiviso con il widget di Stop&Light sul tuo dispositivo, per mostrarlo nella schermata Home.

4. Acquisti
Abbonamenti e acquisti in-app sono gestiti interamente da Apple tramite l'App Store. Lo sviluppatore non riceve i tuoi dati di pagamento né altri dati personali legati all'acquisto: l'app verifica solo, tramite Apple, se è stato effettuato un acquisto valido.
5. Condivisione
L'app non condivide dati con terzi. Le schede di una lettura vengono condivise solo quando lo scegli tu, con l'app di destinazione che selezioni.
6. Conservazione e cancellazione
Puoi eliminare singole letture o tutto lo storico dall'app (Impostazioni → Storico).
Eliminando l'app si cancellano i dati sul dispositivo.
I dati in iCloud si gestiscono dalle Impostazioni di iOS → [tuo nome] → iCloud.
7. I tuoi diritti
Ai sensi del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR) hai diritto di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione e portabilità dei tuoi dati, e di opporti al trattamento. Poiché i dati restano sotto il tuo controllo diretto (dispositivo e iCloud), puoi esercitare la maggior parte di questi diritti direttamente dall'app e dalle impostazioni di iOS. Per qualsiasi domanda puoi scrivere all'indirizzo indicato al punto 1. Hai inoltre il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (https://www.garanteprivacy.it).
8. Minori
L'app non è rivolta specificamente ai minori e non raccoglie consapevolmente dati di minori.

Eventuali modifiche a questa informativa saranno pubblicate su questa pagina, con la data di ultimo aggiornamento indicata in alto.

Stop&Light ("the app") is a photographic light meter for iPhone. This policy explains which data the app uses, where it is stored and what your rights are.
In short: the developer of Stop&Light does not collect, receive or store personal data. The app has no accounts, no servers of its own, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The data you create with the app stays on your device and, if you use it, in your personal iCloud.

The developer has no access to the data described in this policy: it is stored only on your devices and in your iCloud account, managed by Apple.
2. Data used by the app
Camera. Used to measure the light in the scene. Images are processed on the device in real time and are not sent anywhere. When you save a reading, a reduced photo of the scene is stored, so it can be shown in your history and in the cards you choose to share.
Location (optional). If you allow it, each saved reading stores the coordinates, the direction the camera is pointing and the place name. For the place name, the app queries Apple's location services (reverse geocoding). You can deny or revoke permission at any time in iOS Settings; the app keeps working.
Saved readings. Exposure values, reading name, date, metering mode, simulated lens, compensation, and location, direction and photo if available.
Free trial. The start date of the 48-hour free trial.
Notifications. If you allow them, the app schedules a local reminder on the device before the trial ends. Notifications are never used for advertising.
3. Where the data is stored
On your device.
In your iCloud, if iCloud is enabled. Readings (and, if you choose, photos) sync across your devices through the private CloudKit database of your Apple ID. Only you can access them; the developer cannot read them. In the app's Settings you can stop syncing photos or remove them from iCloud.
In iCloud Keychain: the trial start date, so that the trial does not restart on reinstall.
In the widget: a summary of your latest reading (values and context) is shared with the Stop&Light widget on your device, to show it on the Home Screen.

4. Purchases
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive your payment details or any other personal data related to the purchase; the app only checks with Apple whether a valid purchase exists.
5. Sharing
The app does not share data with third parties. Reading cards are shared only when you choose to, with the destination app you select.
6. Retention and deletion
You can delete single readings or your whole history from the app (Settings → History).
Deleting the app removes the data on the device.
Data in iCloud can be managed from iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud.
7. Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Since the data stays under your direct control (device and iCloud), you can exercise most of these rights directly from the app and iOS settings. For any question, write to the address in section 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, https://www.garanteprivacy.it).
8. Children
The app is not specifically directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
Any changes to this policy will be published on this page, with the last updated date shown at the top.
